About the Founder
Sharlene Paulin received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Long Island University in 2003. Upon graduation, she pursued employment where she could utilize her skills working with families and children. Once she began working with this group, her passion evolved for specifically working with children with various disabilities. In 2005, Sharlene pursued her master’s degree, and in 2007, she graduated from Adelphi University, with her Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Social work. Sharlene continued working with students in the Special Education field and began to see the importance of multiple needs in this area. For the next 9 years, she immersed herself as a counselor for children with developmental disabilities and dedicated herself to working with, and educating, families about the evaluation process and what it means for them after their child is diagnosed with a disability. In 2011, she obtained her School Building and Leadership License. Sharlene continues to dedicate herself to working with families who are concerned with their children’s academic, social, and emotional needs.
Our Mission
Exceptional Results Agency, was founded on March 11, 2016. Our Multi interdisciplinary teams are dedicated to delivering an array of comprehensive evaluations and support services. Our evaluators are licensed and experienced in their area of concentration. Our services include Applied Behavioral Analysis, Audiological, Neuropsychological Evaluations, Speech and Language, Physical Therapy, Psychological, Psycho-educational, Biopsychosocials, Occupational Therapy evaluations, Parent Training and Workshops, Paraprofessional Training, College and Career readiness, after school program geared towards children with autism and other related services.
Services are provided in multiple languages.
